Summer has officially arrived with Salt & Straw’s most anticipated menus of the year. The Berries Series brings five berry-packed scoops inspired by peak Pacific Northwest harvests, celebrating everything from nostalgic summer desserts to bold, unexpected flavor pairings. July marks the return of our jammiest lineup of the year, featuring Oregon marionberries, juicy blackberries, sweet strawberries, wild huckleberries, and vibrant raspberries at their peak. To mark the occassion, Salt & Straw is releasing a limited-edition sticker drop, the Strawberry Shortcake Waffle Cone, and a sneak peek at what’s coming for National Ice Cream Day. Each flavor — from Birthday Cakes and Blackberries to Raspberry Marizipan Princess Cake– is crafted to make the most of fleeting berry season.
